He served as Vice President – Finance at Zuari Industries Limited, which was a Dr.
K. K. Birla Group company, listed on NSE and BSE . Later, he served as an Executive
Director at Birla Home Finance Limited. He also has rich experience in Merchant
Banking activities such as mergers and acquisitions, raising loans etc.
He was also associated with renowned companies including Steel Authority of India,
Samtel Color Limited and Birla Home Finance Limited at senior positions

Ranjan Kumar is the Chief Operating officer at Zuari Finserv Ltd. He is an energetic
leader who brings over two decades of experience in the domain of Wealth Management,
Stock Broking and Third Party Products Distribution to the company.
He will be leading Business, Risk and Operations at Zuari Finserv. His versatile
vision and tenacity to create successful growth plans have led him to propel the
Zuari Finserv foot-print across India.
His past high profile roles include being Vice President of Religare Securities,
Regional Head of Aditya Birla Money, and Regional Head of SBI CAP Securities.
Ranjan is a Science graduate and PGDFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad.

Alok Kumar Srivastava is the Chief Financial Officer at Zuari Finserv Limited effective
January, 2020. He is having hands-on-experience & proficiency in designing and implementing
systems & procedures as per regulatory and audit requirements including taxation,
annual report and accounts.
He will be heading all Financial Reporting of Zuari Finserv Limited. In past professional
experience, served as GM– F&A at HQ Lamps, Zuari Group of Companies, GG Exports
and Maple Logistics etc.
