Terms and Conditions
Client Consent, Declarations, and Authorisations
By submitting my/our contact details and proceeding with account opening, I/we hereby provide my/our free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent to Zuari Finserv Limited (ZFL), a SEBI-registered intermediary, for the purposes stated below.
1. Communication & Contact Consent
I/We hereby authorise Zuari Finserv Limited (ZFL), its authorised persons, agents, service providers, and representatives to contact me/us through call, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other electronic modes, notwithstanding my/our registration under NDNC/DND, solely for purposes related to account opening, servicing, regulatory compliance, transaction alerts, and permitted marketing communications, in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Account Opening, KYC & CKYC Authorisation
I/We authorise ZFL to:
- • Download, verify, and rely upon my/our KYC records available with KRA / CKYC Registry
- • Fetch, verify, store, and process my/our KYC information for onboarding and ongoing compliance
- • Rely on Aadhaar-based OVD KYC, where applicable, and validate KYC details against Aadhaar records
I/We hereby consent to the sharing of my/our masked Aadhaar, Aadhaar XML/DigiLocker XML, and/or QR code, along with applicable passcode, strictly for KYC purposes, with KRAs, Depositories, and other SEBI-regulated intermediaries with whom I/we have or propose to have a business relationship.
3. Depository & Pledge Authorisation
I/We authorise ZFL, acting as a Depository Participant, to:
- • Receive all credits of securities into my/our demat account
- • Process margin pledge / re-pledge / invocation instructions in my/our demat account as per regulatory framework, without requiring separate physical instructions.
4. Electronic Statements & Contract Notes
I/We agree and consent to receive:
- • Contract Notes
- • Statements of Account
- • Demat statements
- • Regulatory communications
in electronic mode only, as permitted under SEBI and Depository regulations.
5. Charges & Tariff Consent
I/We authorise ZFL to levy and collect:
- • Depository Participant charges
- • Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)
- • Transaction-linked charges
as per the tariff structure disclosed by ZFL and permitted by SEBI / Depositories, subject to revision from time to time with due intimation.
6. Appointment of Authorised Persons & Service Providers
I/We acknowledge and agree that ZFL may appoint authorised persons, distributors, technology partners, vendors, or service providers for rendering services.
I/We consent to the limited sharing of my/our personal and account-related data with such entities only for service delivery, regulatory compliance, audit, or legal purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure (Regulatory & Business Purposes)
I/We authorise ZFL to disclose my/our information:
- • To SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, KRAs, credit bureaus, regulators, statutory authorities
- • To group entities or permitted third parties only for lawful purposes such as compliance, audit, dispute resolution, risk management, or permitted cross-sell initiatives
Such disclosures shall be purpose-limited, proportionate, and in compliance with DPDP Act, 2023.
8. Credit Bureau Authorisation
I/We consent to ZFL appointing credit bureaus or information companies, where applicable, and to sharing my/our account-related data for regulatory, risk assessment, and compliance purposes.
Credit Information Reports shall be accessed and used strictly in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Dividend, Interest & RTA Communication
I/We acknowledge that:
- • Dividends and interest shall be credited directly to my/our registered bank account through ECS or permitted electronic modes
- • My/our registered email ID may be shared with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for electronic delivery of annual reports and investor communications
10. Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Specific Declarations
If applicable, I/We confirm that:
- • All KYC and PAN documents submitted are duly attested as per regulatory requirements
- • FATCA/CRS declarations shall be provided and kept updated
- • FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and depository regulations shall be complied with at all times
• Any regulatory communication received shall be promptly informed to ZFL
11. Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act, 2023)
I/We acknowledge that:
- • ZFL shall process my/our personal data as a Data Fiduciary
- • Personal data shall be collected, used, stored, retained, and erased only for lawful purposes, including regulatory compliance and service delivery
- • I/We have the right to access, correction, grievance redressal, and withdrawal of consent, subject to legal and regulatory obligations
I/We have read and understood Zuari Finserv Limited’s Privacy Policy and provide my/our consent in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12. UPI & Bank Mapping Consent
I/We authorise ZFL to share my/our mobile number with authorised UPI verification service providers for the limited purpose of fetching and mapping bank account details to my/our trading and demat account.
I/We understand that alternative bank accounts may be mapped at my/our discretion.
13. Final Declaration
I/We confirm that:
- • All information provided is true and correct
- • I/We have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms, policies, and disclosures
- • This consent shall remain valid until revoked, subject to regulatory requirements
