Mr. Athar Shahab has done PG Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur with specialisation in Finance and Marketing. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from VSS University of Technology, Burla (VSSUT). He has more than 31 years of rich experience across project finance, advisory, investment, project management and general management.

He has worked with L&T, Vedanta Group, IDFC, AES Corp., Shamil Bank and ICICI Limited. Mr. Shahab has contributed to infrastructure policy frameworks in India and advised PM’s Taskforce on Infrastructure. He is a member of CII National Committee on Power and chaired CII’s Committee on Highways for several years.

Mr. Avnish Gulati

Whole Time Director & CEO

Mr. Avnish Gulati is the Whole Time Director and CEO at Zuari Finserv Ltd. Mr. Avnish brings over 26 years of experience in financial services, having led banking, NBFC, capital markets, and digital transformation initiatives across India, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. He has held key leadership roles at ICICI Bank, Ernst & Young, Cedar Consulting, JKB Financial Services, and Maveric Systems, driving business growth, technology integration, and strategic transformation.

An MBA from Birla Institute of Management, Mr. Avnish is passionate about investing, mentoring, and fostering growth.

Ms. Prachi Jain
Ms. Prachi Jain

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Prachi Jain is the Chief Financial Officer at Zuari Finserv Limited effective March, 2024. She is having hands-on-experience & proficiency in designing and implementing systems & procedures as per regulatory and audit requirements including taxation, annual report and accounts.

She is heading all Financial Reporting of Zuari Finserv Limited. Ms. Prachi is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has more than 12 years of work experience. In her last assignment she worked as AVP with SMC Global Securities Limited at New Delhi.
